If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Securely pack the device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at purchase.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
